*All products returned must be unused, in mint condition and with the protective plastic intact.

*All sales of the Max Design DJ Console XL are final and cannot be returned.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

There is a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee for all returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping both ways will be covered by the buyer.

If cases were purchased products must be shipped in the original case and box.

Shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with picture proof.

As of 4/11/23 credit card processing fees will no longer be refunded.
