Returns have to be made within 30 days of receiving the products.

All products returned/exchanged must be unused and in mint condition with the exception of the Max Design Console XL.

All sales of the Max Design Console XL are considered final and cannot be returned.

If the protective plastic has not been peeled of there is a 25% restocking fee.

If the protective plastic has been peeled of there is a 35% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping both ways will be covered by the buyer.

If cases were purchased products must be shipped in the original case. Preferably in the original box it came in, but any box will do.

Warranty policy:

We offer a one-year manufacturing warranty.
